This amplified subwoofer upgrade is for the 49L top case that is commonly equipped on the BMW K1600, R1200RT, & R1250RT

This package includes a JL Audio MX300/1 marine amplifier delivering 300 watts to the single JL Audio 10W1v3-2 subwoofer in a custom made bandpass subwoofer enclosure that ports the bass out of the bottom of the top case. There's also a JL Audio RBC-1 bass control for on the fly adjustments to bass output.

For those that have one of our upgrades on an K1600 GT GTL or R1200 R1250 RT, but would like to gain the low frequencies missing from the smaller speakers, this is a great addition.

It docks into place using high powered magnets, and is easily removeable for re-gaining the space in the top case when you need it. We supply "port plugs" that will close off the opening so the inside of the case stays dry when it's removed. There are also quick disconnects on the bike side as well for easy removal of the top case.

We supply the hole saw and drill bit needed for installation.
